Stopped off here for a delicious coffee with my partner, as it was freezing outside. we ended up staying and relaxing here for a while, talking with the Hungarian bar tender! He was so kind and we had a lovely chat with him! Small and cozy place, reasonable prices!

Top shop! Always quite relaxed during the week, at the weekend it is also quite cozy in the shop during the day.

I’ve read a horrible review below about the lovely bald gentleman kicking a pigeon. I would like to say that he was kicking the pigeon to save my friend. She was sitting on a bench outside enjoying her bretzle when the pigeon suddenly dive bombed towards her face to try and the steal the pretzel from her. Of course nobody wants a pigeon attacking their face. I think the bald mans act of kicking away the pigeon was a heroic act that potentially saved my friend from going to the hospital with a rabid pigeon disease Everyone should patronize this bar. Great staff, great drinks, great times!

I highly recommend this bar!! I was drinking a beer and enjoying my pretzel, and I noticed some disgruntled patrons at the other table. The lovely bald man working at the bar went over because a pidgeon was ruthlessly attacking these guests. He went out of his way to fight off the vicious bird. He deserves a beer and a day off for his heroic work. Great bar and great service.

Such an arrogant innkeeper or what he is like there I have never met when he took our order and brought it. Has a guest emptied a glass of beer over my pants that can happen and he has also apologized. I changed the place and suddenly the landlord came and said I should leave the place when I asked him why I got only the answer they sneak. Very central, small and cosy bar, chill vibes. Not uppity, with designated outdoor seating for smokers (3-4 seats but sufficient). Friendly bar staff!

The young Schnösel as an operator prefers bragging about the embarrassing actions of his fraternity from the countryside instead of taking care of his guests. We could not stand this any longer and fled! And not even on demand paper in the toilet

Seems tiny, coffee is okay, prices are reasonable. Staff was friendly.

The glasses are never empty, the waiters are quick and friendly. Do not make a stressed impression, even if the hut is full. For a leisurely evening, the Holy Spirit is at the top of the list.

Totally the bar I was seeking in Munich. Small, no pretense, yet so not tacky and totally cool. Great music, service, and wine. Skip the beer halls; enjoy intimate reality.

Always worth a visit. Whether cool beer, the finest coffee or really good ice cream - the team leaves nothing to be desired! I can only recommend it to everyone.

Small place for abott 20 persons but we had fun :) music and service was grate

Wow. What a great place for a Saturday afternoon watching the comings and going of people. Drinks list is quite limited and the music selection is as diverse as the people you will meet here. Worth taking a shot on this place and seeing what happens.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. The boss was absolutely rude and xenophobic. He acts so arrogantly and gives any bill and when you ask for it he refuse to give one . Be careful with this kind of places..!!

Great little place just off Marienplatz, the perfect stop for a post work drink or after exploring Munich as a tourist. The service there is excellent and the owner is very friendly. Tables outside also available until 9:30-10pm. With bike rental service also running out of this bar and an ice cream shop next door, what more do you need?!

I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred bar, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to have a drink. Unfortunately, the standard at this bar was very but very poor. In addition to the bad service, the people that were there were as rude as they come. I will never go there again !!! It was terrible !!!Don't be fooled, this place has nothing to do with having a drink and a good time, and the service was very poor all together! Don't go there!

I visited this pub yesterday afternoon with my wife,we had walked past on saturday and it was packed out so we gave it a miss then and returned monday, its brash, earthy and very quirky BUT it was a great time in there Real Pub (small) with real people.friendly bar staff and the customers were of all ages. I have just learned that it is to be closed next year SHAME its a piece of the real Munich pub scene and should be saved.
